If there is a problem with the Image that you have provided, we will contact you via your email or phone number which ever one you provide to us on checkout. All images provided by a customer is checked for print quality before printing. If there is a issue with an accessory or the phone case, simply email hello@seewhatsticks.com.au with your order number and a photo, we will get that sorted for you.

Yes, We print in CMYK with sublimation Ink. Screen colour across devices is RGB and impacts how you preview a image. There maybe a variance in saturation. We will try to match a Image but will not be able to get to 100% of a screen previewed image.
