How long does it take to print my order?

We print in NSW, Australia, And print same day as ordered. We can print on TikTok lives, so If you want to see the process, add to the notes when ordering to "make it on one of your lives"!
Please allow for 2 business days for production, we only produce what we sell (made on demand)

Note express shipping does not mean express production and that the day it was placed does not count in the production days.

Do your phone cases protect my phone from damage?

For overall phone protection, a armoured case that covers front and back of case would be your best case to purchase. Our cases are shockproof and will absorb impacts. There is side protection and corners protection, Screen & camera areas are slightly raised.

A good case will protect a phone from scratches absorb impacts however there are many factors in a fall, such as the angle, the surface, the height, the speed and any objects the phone hits.

No devices (mobile phones) are covered by our warranty.

What happens If I am not happy with my phone case or accessory when I receive it?

Our Custom cases and accessories are FINAL Sale. If there is a problem with the Image that you have provided, we will contact you via your email or phone number which ever one you provide to us on checkout. All images provided by a customer is checked for print quality before printing. If there is a issue with an accessory or the phone case, simply email hello@seewhatsticks.com.au with your order number and a photo, we will get that sorted for you.

I made a mistake with my order - sent wrong Image - ordered wrong phone model case, can I change it?

All good, email us within 2 hours of your order at hello@seewhatsticks.com.au and we can make the changes. If we haven't heard from you within this period unfortunately it will go to production as ordered.

The Image I provided is slightly not the right colours - is this normal?

Yes, We print in CMYK with sublimation Ink. Screen colour across devices is RGB and impacts how you preview a image. There maybe a variance in saturation. We will try to match a Image but will not be able to get to 100% of a screen previewed image.
